Floor Supervisor 樓層督導 (5-day work week)

Job Description

• Ensure the cleanliness and condition of all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's standards.
• Supervise and manage the daily activities of Room Attendants on the assigned floor, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Handle all guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Good communication and supervisory skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated and enthusiastic
