ASSISTANT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER / IT OFFICER

You will be working for a 298-room hotel, which is only a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station. We would like you to join us as one of our Penta team members.

You'll feel right in if you can:

• support the hotel operations and guest servicing needs along with ensuring that the hotel systems, infrastructure and telecommunication are maintained in line with corporate defined policies and procedures
• drive the implementation of technology initiatives with the hotel by working with fellow associates and by maintaining good relationships with the local vendors for hardware and software solutions
• plan and propose technology needs for the hotel and proactively work with corporate on identifying and addressing the gaps and opportunities within the hotel operations.

If you have a minimum of three years' working experience which is related to maintaining servers, monitoring the networking infrastructure and firewalls; if you have worked in hotel which is preferred; if you've completed a bachelor’s degree in information technology relevant fields; if you’re earnest, analytical and flexible; if you have strong communication and problem solving skills; if you’re proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; if you like 5-day work week, enjoy wearing jeans to work and eat pressure for breakfast, then we want you at Penta!

Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Officer.
