Fitness Centre Supervisor 健身中心督導

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the fitness center and rooftop outdoor swimming pool, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Ensure all facilities, equipment, and pool areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Monitor and enforce safety, hygiene, and lifeguarding procedures in accordance with hotel and statutory requirements
• Supervise, coach, and schedule fitness center attendants and outsourced lifeguards
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide basic food & beverage services

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a fitness center, health club, hotel, or recreational facility
• Solid knowledge of fitness center and swimming pool operations, including safety and hygiene standards
• Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award issued by Hong Kong China Life Saving Society
• Holder of valid First Aid Certificate
• Adapt to shift work, from 7:00am to 9:00pm
• Good command of Cantonese and conversational English
