The Administrative Assistant supports the Capital Project team in general administrative roles and provides secretarial support.
Job Description
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
- Process vendor payments by reviewing invoices, raising Purchase Order, validating payment terms, and coordinating payment schedules
- Communicate with Consultants and Contractors in respect of meeting arrangements, correspondence and submission of quotes and invoices
- Keep systematic records and files in respect of project correspondence
- Assist the Director of Capital Projects in the preparation of monthly financial and project progress reports and monthly staffing schedules or timesheets
- Arrangement of meetings, either face-to-face or remote (‘Zoom’ and ‘Teams’)
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Secretarial or Business Management program or related discipline
- Experience in property management or property development industries is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Independent and self-motivated personality
- Excellent PC skills, especially in MS Office applications
- Flexibility to work in Central and Tai Tam
