Ramada Hong Kong Grand View is providing 317 guest rooms which located on No. 88 Chun Yeung Street, North Point, on Hong Kong Island.

Presently, we are looking for high-caliber candidates for the positions of:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the efficient and smooth operation of Front Office
• Maintain service standard and achieve maximum guest satisfaction
• Build up and maintain good relationship with hotel guests
• Provide on-the job training to new colleagues and multi-tasking ability
• Make sure hotel safety and security policy and standard

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Hotels at managerial level.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Mature and with good leadership and excellent communications and inter-personal skills
