Assistant Restaurant Manager (Western Cuisine)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the restaurant to deliver superior Food & Beverage service
  • Handle Members’ bookings, enquiries and complains in a professional and prompt manner
  • Coordinate with Kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Supervise the team’s performance through proper guidance and trainings
  • Be the restaurant in-charge when Restaurant Manager is on leave

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Food & Beverage Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience gained at luxury hotels, clubs or reputable restaurants
  • Service-oriented with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong trainings, leadership and motivational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
