Collection Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire collection process including assignment and monitoring the performance of debt collection agencies
• Control the delinquency ratios and maximize the bad debts recoveries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage & monitor problem loans processing (i.e. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Loan)
• Regularly review the effectiveness of the collection system and planning for enhancement if necessary
• Perform the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for collection system
• Handle customer complaint and ensure that responding to customers within prescribed timeliness

Incumbent Requirements:

• Matriculated or above, Degree holder preferred
• 8 years of experience in collection management of consumer lending industry in banks or major financial institutions
• Good knowledge in monitoring the performance of debt collection agencies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably hands on experience in data management tools, e.g. MS Access
