Housekeeping Supervisor 房務督導主任

The Repulse Bay is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee Public Area Cleaning services, F&B Outlets cleaning and the Uniform & Linen Room operations.

• Supervise Public Area Cleaning service, F&B Outlets cleaning and Uniform & Linen Room

Key accountabilities

• Supervise the performance of the Public Area Cleaning team and contractors to ensure all areas meet company standards
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend improvements where necessary
• Oversee the operation of the Uniform & Linen Room to meet the needs of various departments
• Maintain accurate and traceable inventory records and conduct regular stock takes
• Ensure sufficient supply of uniforms and linen, and recommend timely stock replenishment
• Ensure proper use of equipment and cleaning chemicals, maintaining safety and operational efficiency
• Prepare work schedules and assign daily duties
• Provide on‑the‑job training to enhance team performance and professional knowledge
• Manage casual staff, including recruitment, duty assignment, and performance management
• Assist with budget control and cost management

General requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good administrative capability, including report preparation, data maintenance, and use of computer systems
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and well organised
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
