Assistant, Loans and Credit Operations (Vehicle Finance)

Support Dah Sing Bank’s Vehicle Finance operations by managing customer servicing and loan processing. This role requires sound communication skills and a focus on delivering efficient, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle license and insurance renewals with hirers, dealers, insurance agents, and customers
• Provide customer service by handling inquiries via the telephone hotline and resolving queries promptly
• Assist with the processing of Vehicle Finance loan creations and disbursements
• Perform account updates and ensure accurate system maintenance
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors or managers

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation or higher
• At least 1 years of experience in bank operations, with preference for candidates with exposure to loan operations
• Fundamental knowledge of banking products and accounting principles
• Holders of the Certified Banker qualification (or equivalent) will be given priority
• (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Assistant)
