Manager to Senior Manager (Corporate Business Strategies) - Corporate Business Management Department

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal and external environment and gap analysis, competitive advantage and disadvantage analysis, formulate business strategies including annual product and marketing plans, goal-setting exercise among corporate business units in the bank
  • Collect relevant data and statistics from corporate banking units, process, analyze and compile regular business review and forecast report for management decision
  • Gather and summarize product, pricing information and market intelligence to improve edges of corporate banking products, including cross-border corporate lending products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including local and mainland China corporate business banking units, to devise new business models in order to ensure timely implementation of business initiatives
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the bank

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in BBA, Finance or other related disciplines
  • HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred
  • Minimum 10-15 years or above relevant working experience in corporate banking industry, with prior relationship management experience is highly preferred
  • Solid experience in strategic planning and business management in corporate banking business, good understanding in corporate lending/credit, trade finance and cross-border products is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player with strong data and numerical sense
  • Strong project management skill and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
