Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
  • Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
  • Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
  • Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
  • Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-year relevant experience in supervisory level in Bar/ Beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge and passionate in wines, spirits, and cocktails
  • Responsible, strong in leadership and problem-solving skill
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communications & interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese a plus but not a must
