We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, to enhance the quality of life for elderly in Hong Kong through our senior living and outpatient rehab clinic operations. Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more.

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and organized Administration Officer to join our team. This role is supporting our Rehabilitation Operations (50%) and assisting with Business Development (BD) Administration (50%).

Responsibilities

  • Manage rehabilitation case bookings, treatment schedules, and BD site visit logistics.
  • Consolidate BD databases, maintain case attendance records, and generate regular statistical reports for management.
  • Handle enquiries via hotlines/WhatsApp and coordinate walk-in or scheduled client visits.
  • Support BD sales pitching and meeting presentations preparation
  • Oversee rehabilitation consumables, marketing inventory, and general clerical/financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 2 years of relevant experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle split responsibilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and as a team player
  • Proactive, multi-tasker who enjoys a mix of data management, customer service, and operational coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
