At the moment, we are looking for a Security Manager to join our professional team at The Royal Garden Kowloon East.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security department, including assigning security personnel and developing detailed, regular training plans aligned with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee systematic scheduled patrols, spot checks, and comprehensive CCTV monitoring to proactively identify, report, and eliminate potential safety and security hazards.
- Conduct regular on-the-job training for security personnel and all relevant hotel staff related to fire safety, emergency response and occupational safety.
- Plan and deploy security resources effectively to manage risks and ensure orderly crowd control during special events, functions, and high-occupancy periods within the hotel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior. Supervise emergency drills and coordinate / plan emergency systems training and refresher courses with department heads.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Security Management, Risk Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in safety and security management in sizeable organization, of which 2 years in management level.
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit and valid certificate of first aid.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Professional integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and a thorough understanding of modern security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
