Assistant Project Manager

The Job:

The incumbent is responsible to plan, organize and control execution and monitor the progress of the construction project(s) in strict accordance with the approved cost plan and works programme; and to complete the project(s) as scheduled at the specified quality standards so as to achieve the Company's growth and profitability objectives and promote the company's reputation and image.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction preferably with appropriate professional qualifications
• At least 12 years site management experience in building construction, with a minimum 3 years’ project management experience
• Sufficient experience across the broad spectrum of technology to appreciate the significance of the contributions of others and be able to identify and deal with problems effectively and efficiently
• Well-developed powers of leadership and also be receptive to new ideas
