Program Specialist (Client Services Support) (Toys and Hardgoods)

The Job

• Prepare and submit daily testing requests
• Track quotes, update project timelines, and follow up on results and reports
• Maintain daily records of project completion dates and associated costs
• Review, organize, and file reports and invoices
• Generate monthly summaries of testing expenses (e.g., costs by category, project type, and repeat testing)Prepare monthly overviews of product testing outcomes (e.g., pass/fail rates, key standards, category trends)
• Assess new ideas, products, or markets; provide guidance on applicable standards, timelines, costs, and sample requirements
• Coordinate communication and connections between clients and relevant internal teams

The Person

• Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available would be an advantage
