Assistant Manager - Fleet Management

What you'll be doing

• Manage operations: Lead the in-house delivery teams, provide daily guidance to improve performance.
• Optimize workflow: Support TMS development and other projects to streamline operations.
• Strengthen relationships: Build strong partnerships with internal and external parties to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance: Uphold health & safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop 3PL business: Manage and expand the third-party logistics operations to support company growth.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in fleet operation management and staff supervision.
• Competency in TMS and MS Office applications.
• Sound communication, leadership and management skills.
• Good knowledge in quality and environment management system (e.g. ISO 9001 and 14001) is an advantage.
• Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1, 2 vehicles is a plus.

Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 18:00

Sat: 09:00 - 12:00 (alternative Sat)
