Responsibilities
To be a member of Card Product Section
To manage the card products and achieve business results
To formulate business strategies, prepare marketing plans, products and services digitalization and implement the product changes
To implement effective marketing strategies and card features to stimulate new cards volume and usage to achieve the target
To liaise with various external partners to provide special privileges and value-added services to customers
To handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments
Requirements
University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years’ experience for manager/ 8 years’ experience for senior manager in product development, digital transformation and process flow enhancement, preferably in credit card or consumer card/loan business
Creative and business oriented with excellent strategical mindset
Strong leadership, project management and financial analytical skills
Independent, highly organized, self-initiated
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
