Technician - Building / 技術員 (5 days' work week / 五天工作)

Job duties:

• Carry out daily repair and maintenance tasks in guest rooms, restaurants, and public areas.

• Perform painting, wallpapering, carpentry, and masonry works as needed.

• Support colleagues in other trades when required. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of building repair and maintenance experience, preferably in the hotel.
• Knowledge in painting.
• Shift duty is required.
• Construction Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is preferred.
