Graphic Designer & Web Admin

Responsibilities

• Responsible for in-house graphic design, output and artwork production of Club News and marketing materials eg. eDM, menus, posters, banners, magazine etc.       
• Work closely with F&B Manager for artwork design of promotional collaterals
• Work for the Convenors of Sports Sections and Societies for artwork production of collaterals
• Responsible for photo-taking of F&B menu items, sports and other event activities
• Responsible for WE and apps content management
• Support video production and editing
• Assist with event decoration and production
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as required
• Weekends and Public Holidays duties may be required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Creative Media or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of solid in-house or agency graphic design experience (experience in F&B / hospitality / private club would be an advantage)
• Proficiency in Mac software, AI, Photoshop etc
• Knowledge of video editing is an asset
• A portfolio of creative artwork is required for application
• Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid is preferred
• Shift duties on weekends and public holidays are required
