Responsibility
- Overall operation Management
- Arrange roster for subordinate
- Training and briefing according to latest Company guidelines and policies
- Interact with customers and present drinks / menu, enhance overall customers experience
- Keep the daily maintenance of bar and floor, including cleaning and communication with suppliers for inventory replenish
Qualification
- Resume and proven working experience as a shop manager
- Basic wine knowledge and experience in fine dining is an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as bartender and managerial experience is preferred
- Good command in handling POS & computer
