What are you supposed to do for us? 你需要負責什麼？

• Responsible for all production functions and processes for Asian and Western cuisine
• Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in the Airport Lounge and food presentation 
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces 
• 預備及烹飪中西菜式 
• 維持日常機場貴賓室廚房營運順暢及食物擺設 
• 保持廚房整潔，確保運作順暢及有效率 

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you? 你是否擁有令我們眼前一亮的條件?

• 0.5 to 2 years’ relevant experience in which exposure in Hotels / Restaurants is preferable 
• Good knowledge of Asian and Western cuisine
• Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and fair English are preferred 
• Immediate availability is preferred 
• 0.5至2年烹飪經驗，曾任職酒店或高級餐廳優先 
• 熟悉中西菜式烹飪 
• 勤奮，守時，有禮及有責任感，有良好溝通技巧及人際關係 
• 良好粵語及一般英語 
• 可即時上班優先
