About the Role

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be assisting with the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring a welcoming stay for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive, record and relay guest requests to relevant Departments.
  • Update room status in the system in a daily basis and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records and documentation.
  • Manage key control procedures and monitor lost and found items.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in Hotel with similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
