F&B Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for hotel restaurants, bars, and event spaces through proactive lead generation and strategic sales planning.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, event organizers, and social planners via client visits, site inspections, and regular follow-ups.
• Actively drive sign-ups and engagement for exclusive hotel membership programs to increase repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
• Prepare proposals, issue event orders, supervise function setup and service, verify billing accuracy, and conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with culinary, events, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution and innovative dining campaigns.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to optimize pricing, menus and promotional strategies.
• Maintain lead status (including reasons for lost business), prepare monthly sales activity reports, and provide forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
• Attend wedding and industry expos, greet event organizers pre-function, ensure correct signage and remain on-site through main course service for quality assurance.
• Direct Report to General Manager

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling event and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics.
• Independent, responsible and able to handle multi-tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
