AVP/VP, Technology Risk Management (Risk Management Department)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Artificial Intelligence and Technology Risk Management frameworks, policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory landscapes

• Perform risk assessment including identifies, measures, monitors and controls Artificial Intelligence and technology related risks, ensure compliance with related policies

• Investigate technology related issues and incidents, provide recommendations and follow up the rectification measures

• Organize assessment on technology related exemption, and provide control suggestion

• Conduct due diligence on technology related project, including technology related content in new product/service or product/service change

• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of IT related experience, with experience in participating Artificial Intelligence project development or other FinTech project development is preferred

• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence product development lifecycle/technology risk management/system development/quality management/ IT auditing

• Demonstrated experience in incident management and familiar with the methodology of IT internal control.

• Self-initiative, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-departmental teams

• Good written and communications skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
