Assistant Front Office Manager / Guest Services Manager (5-day work week)

Job Description:
Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.
Monitor and address guest feedback, including comments and complaints related to service standards, and take necessary actions to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
Familiar with OPERA Cloud systems is an advantage
Job Requirement:
Degree or Diploma holder of Hotel Industry or Hospitality
Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
Good communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
