AVP/Manager, Product Management Division, Asset Custody Department

Responsibilities:

• Lead the new business on-boarding process for clients within prescribed products scope and timeline

• Co-ordinate and liaise with clients and internal service delivery teams to design the service model to meet the requirements of clients and to ensure the requirements are serviceable or on a development path

• To work closely with Sales Team and Internal service delivery teams to provide solutions to clients

• Liaise with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders to review and agree the fund documentations and agreements with the clients

• Ensure the fund documentations and agreements are properly in place for new case on-boarding

• Engage in some ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, law or Business related disciplines

• At least 3-5 years asset custody experience (experience in new business implementation is an advantage)

• Knowledge on fund and custody product and global custody markets

• Familiar with regulatory requirement of banking and asset custody industry and market practices

• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill and possession of strong communication and interpersonal skill

• Proficiency in written English and Chinese. Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
