Event Sales Executive / Event Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in management of all event sales activities including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the event sales team.
• Handle guests' enquiries by email and phone call
• Plans and attends major catering related functions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua with good writing skills.
• Fresh graduates will be considered as Event Sales Coordinator
