Assistant Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.

Participate in all operational aspects of Continental Club supervise the activities of the Club Floor GES/GEO to maintain the highest standards of personalized service to all guests.

Builds relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty.

Maintains and enforces all quality standards and procedures from guest’s pre-arrival, to guest’s arrival, to guest’s stay, to guest’s departure.

Identifies colleagues training requirements and service improvements areas.

Supervise and guides all colleagues to ensure that hotel’s policies & procedures are adhered to.

Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.

Utilizes and develops communication tools and channels for the dissemination of information and work flow in the section.

Reviews monthly F&B cost and rooms’ expenses and assists in maximizing occupancy and yield.

Be alert of any unusual incidents or strangers and report to duty manager or Security to ensure guests safety and privacy.

Conducts daily and monthly meetings to highlight areas of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback.

Requirements:

Hospitality Management or related disciplines.

Certificate / diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.

Pleasant personality with strong leadership quality, fluent in English and working knowledge/understanding of Cantonese & Mandarin.

Knowledgeable in Front Office and F&B Operation.
