Assist the Revenue Manager in maximizing room revenue and occupancy by leading the Reservations team and work together in handling FIT quotations and to enhance booking conversion and upselling.
Work with the team to uplift guest’s experience and satisfaction through a professional communication with guests and bookers.
Supervise daily operation of Reservation Department and improve reservation processes.
Provide on-the-job training to reservation staff and ensure all tasks are accurately completed.
Ensure booking information and details being accurately input in PMS (property management system) for communication between operation departments.
Acts also as sales support to ensure leisure groups are to be handled and follow up properly.
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma in hospitality management with 4 years' hotel experience.
Good command of spoken & written English.
Strong management skills with qualities of a team player & motivator.
