Job Duties

Base in HK

Manage and control renovation/construction/facility/temporary construction projects and smart building upgrades throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets are met.

1-     Full-Cycle Management: Responsible for the entire project process from initiation, implementation, acceptance, to operations and maintenance support, focusing on project milestones, facility functionality, and temporary construction compliance.

2-     Resource Coordination: Coordinate design and construction teams, material suppliers, and supervisors to resolve on-site technical challenges, coordinate cross-operation conflicts, ensure efficient management of the construction site and ensure efficient resource allocation.

3-     Risk Control: Identify potential project risks, develop response plans, and ensure contractual compliance.

4-     Cost and Quality: Prepare project budgets and monitor costs, strictly control construction quality, and lead the review of key indicators during acceptance.

5-     Compliance and Communication: Liaise with government departments such as the Buildings Department and the Fire Services Department to ensure project compliance with local Hong Kong rules, regularly report progress to clients, and resolve on-site disputes.

Job Requirements

1-     At least 5 years of experience in Hong Kong construction engineering, urban renewal, facilities management, or related fields;

2-     Locally or internationally recognized professional qualifications;

3-     Familiarity with Hong Kong construction market regulations (e.g., the Buildings Ordinance, the Town Planning Ordinance), urban renewal policies, and client needs;

4-     Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as engineering, construction management, facilities management, or surveying;

5-     Candidates with a strong network of local engineering, design, construction, or government agency resources in Hong Kong are preferred;

6-     Speaking fluent Cantonese, with business-like proficiency in written and spoken English, and good Mandarin;

7-     Experience in managing large-scale urban renewal projects in Hong Kong (e.g., housing estate renovations, commercial building upgrades) or complex temporary construction projects is preferred.
