Responsibilities

  • To set Food and Beverage outlet objectives and guidelines and ensure all colleagues follow thoroughly
  • To ensure the profitability, efficiency and creative running of each Food and Beverage outlet
  • To maintain a team of well-trained and motivated Food and Beverage colleagues in order to maintain the image of the hotel
  • To ensure that the hygiene standards and controls are in place and properly followed in the Food and Beverage outlets
  • To plan menus and prices for all restaurants in order to meet the budgeted sales volume
  • To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints
  • To control and monitor Food and Beverage services and preparation throughout the outlets
  • To follow up for any monthly or special promotional events
  • To review P&L statements for promotion, sales and future bookings etc.
  • To assist in controlling the Food and Beverage cost to achieve budgeted profit goals
  • To set up and monitor training programmes for the department
  • To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management from time to time

Requirements

  • Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years hotel working experience with minimum 3 years at senior managerial position
  • Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
  • Possess excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage Management
  • Have the ability to conduct training on various Food and Beverage related issues
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
