About the Role

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be handling guest requests and coordinating internal communications to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure smooth daily operation of all Housekeeping functions according to Hotel's standard.
• Inspect guest rooms / floor, public areas, laundry area and other facilities to ensure the quality standards are well-maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries and emergency cases.
• Identify training needs and develop training initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Maintain a consistent and accurate inventory control, recommending solutions for continuous advancement.
• Prepare monthly report and checklists for Management review.
• Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

About You

• Certificate in Hospitality Management or other related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department, preferably in Hotels with similar capacity.
• Solid knowledge in operations and equipment of Housekeeping Department.
• Proficient in PC applications.
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
