eJob Duties 工作職責:

  • Follow up the daily operation production
    跟進日常運作生產
  • Check food temperatures and presentation
    檢查食物溫度和外觀
  • Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage
    實施控制以盡量減少食品和用品的浪費
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times
    保持廚房的乾淨整潔
  • Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines
    熟悉所有廚房設備並按照安全指南正確操作
  • Maintain a clear record of inventory in accordance with hygiene standard
    按照衛生標準保持清晰的庫存記錄 

Requirements 要求:
 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in hotel/ club/ hospitality industry
    至少 1 年酒店/俱樂部/酒店行業相關經驗
  • Self-motivated, Dependable and Detail-oriented
    上進、可靠且注重細節
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
    願意彈性工作時間並適應快節奏的環境
  • A good team player with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
    良好的團隊合作精神,具備較強的中英文溝通能力
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Demi Chef
    具備更豐富經驗的候選人將被考慮為中級廚師
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
