JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding service to guests in accordance to hotel standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about dishes and beverages
  • Serve food & beverage in a professional and courteous manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma holder preferably in Hospitality / F&B disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Team Leader

  • 具備優秀的溝通和人際交往技巧,對款待業充滿熱情
  • 能夠在快速節奏的環境中工作,同時保持對細節的關注
  • 精通廣東話和英語,懂普通話者將優先考慮
  • 經驗較多的申請者會被考慮為主管
