Administration Executive (Tai Po - Residential)

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management office
  • Handle and maintain records, reports, files, correspondence and document
  • Handle enquiries of tenant
  • Liaise with various departments, contractors, tenants and relevant parties
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors

 Requirements

  • Diploma holder in property management or related discipline
  • 2 years of working experience with at least 1 year's experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred
