Key elements of the job:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Wealth Management Department, including product structuring, new market development, and client management.
Expand the department's presence in Southeast Asia including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, as well as other global markets.
Ensure the smooth operation of the department and provide support to the Director and other senior management.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with the Director and other senior management to develop and implement the department's business plan and budget.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and risks.
The ideal candidate:
Preferably with a recognized bachelor’s degree from tertiary institution in a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development and sales within the financial industry is preferred
SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses are preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Positive and proactive personality with excellent communication and personal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
familiar in investment instruments and markets and passion in investment.
Fluency in CANTONESE, with excellent written skills in both English and Chinese.
