AVP, Product Management (Consumer Secured Lending)

What you will be doing:

Assist the Head of Consumer Secured Lending and the Team Head of Product Management in product planning, commercialization, and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Support the full product development process—from contributing strategic insights and product ideas to managing post‑launch performance and resolving operational issues.
Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to evaluate the bank’s product positioning and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Develop, drive, and support sales programs and marketing campaigns to achieve business growth targets, and prepare timely performance and management reports.
Take ownership of the annual product review process, including updates to product program plans, referral panels, pricing frameworks, and operational guidelines.
Assist in designing and enhancing product management frameworks, ensuring robust documentation, governance standards, and workflow controls are in place.
Act as a key driver in developing and enhancing related systems, digital platforms, and alternative channels (e.g., online and mobile applications) to strengthen customer experience and acquisition efficiency.
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT) to ensure product initiatives meet regulatory, operational, and customer requirements.
Monitor product performance, credit quality, customer journey metrics, and operational efficiency; recommend and execute improvement actions when necessary.
Perform any ad‑hoc assignments or special projects as assigned by the Team Head or Department Head.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management in Insurance Financing, Wealth Financing & Offshore Mortgage.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
