About the Role
As an Administration Manager - Global Sales, you will be supporting the Global Sales Team by managing sales administration, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient workflow for revenue-driving activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales – Global Sales and the team for coordinating a full logistics of sales activities and administration work.
- Prepare of customer correspondence, proposals, contracts and system data entry.
- Arrange appointments and meetings with customers and other Departments as directed by Department Head, as well as preparing the appropriate material for each appointment or meeting.
- Manage the Department’s workflow to ensure required tasks and actions process smoothly and always with a view to maximizing the Sales Team’s ability to drive revenue.
- Assist to liaise with Reservations to ensure timely loading of accepted rates for all RFP or newly acquired accounts.
- Maintain all Departmental records and data accurately in such a way as it can be quickly recalled for reference.
- Be the point of contact between the Sales Team and other Departments for all things relating to required administration.
- Perform any special projects as assigned by Management.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
- Proven record in handling full logistics of events and hands-on experience in office administration.
- Independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented team player.
- Ability to multi-task and accomplish assignments timely with high level of integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is desired.
