MPF Business Manager - MPF Department

Responsibilities

• Achieve / exceed individual sales target in light of meeting the needs of customers
• Provide first-class customer service which meet the policies / rules / standards / requirements / guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators as well as the Bank
• Handle and review existing customers’ MPF schemes
• Explore new business from new and existing customers
• Outreach to the customers and provide on-site services

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing; or related discipline
• Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
• Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage
• Over two years’ experience in sales or marketing
• Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage

(Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager)
