POSITION OVERVIEW
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to support a harmonious, high-performing teams.
Help craft and implement HR policies, benefits, and training initiatives with empathy and precision.
Champion compliance and cultural excellence, ensuring every team member feels valued in our tranquil environment.
Maintain employee and training records in line with policy and legal requirements, for seamless operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or a related fields.
0-2 years of experience; any background in admin, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Strong communication skills, tech-savvy, and a multicultural mindset—we value diverse perspectives in our teams.
Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a bonus); approachable vibe and eagerness to learn.
