Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations and bookkeeping tasks
Reconcile bank statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Participate in system enhancement projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Prepare management reports
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above (major: Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines)
Minimum 2 year’s solid working experience in banking sector. Relevant experience in the accounting field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English.
Good analytical communication and interpersonal skills, Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
