Officer Trainee, Customer Segment Management (Retail Banking department)

Responsibilities

• Implement effective strategies for customer segmentation in alignment with management's direction
• Oversee project management from planning through execution, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet established quality standards.
• Manage the customer segment and drive marketing initiatives to expand the customer portfolio.
• Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to address business needs from a comprehensive perspective.
• Gather and analyze data and feedback periodically, making informed business recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates in related fields are welcome.
• Knowledge in business development and marketing planning.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
