Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender process and project budgeting.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage material procurement, sub-letting works and budget control.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare interim payments, valuation of variation works and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in fitting out, building, or A&A projects (less experience may be considered as AQS).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy in measurements and cost calculations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Team Leadership with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
