Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to property management
Prepare tender documents, tender analysis reports for repair, maintenance and renovation works
Carry out on-site inspection, supervision and co-ordination for all technical projects
Monitor and follow-up contractors works
Prepare reports and records, prepare the preventive maintenance plan and budget
Assist other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management / Property Management or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant experience in property management, building services, maintenance or related field
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Mature, organized and possess integrity and good communication skills
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
