Pastry Chef (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen
  • To ensure consistency and highest quality in taste, presentation and appropriate food temperature for all products from the pastry kitchen
  • To monitor food and operating cost
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and maintain workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Pastry Operations
  • Skills in creativity leading / developing pastry production team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exemplary leadership skills
