Senior Event Host / Event Host (Banquet Senior Captain / Captain) (5-day work)

Job Duties

• Manage banquet operations and service flow to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Oversee and coordinate casual staff to meet operational and guest service needs
• Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of function rooms and equipment
• Supervise team performance, grooming, and training in compliance with HACCP safety standards
• Review event orders in advance and handle administrative tasks, including duty rosters and inventory

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 year's related working experience in F&B with banquet operations experience will be a plus
• Courteous and cheerful in personality
• Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Event Host
