ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
基本工作

• Responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance within the hotel's  all the equipment, to ensure hotel operation with normal and safety, including the physical building structure, decoration, all  mechanical related equipment, in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
• 負責酒店的所有設備的日常維修和保養，以確保酒店正常和安全運行，包括樓宇建築結構、裝修和所有與機械相關的設備，並按照節能和預防性維護計劃進行。

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 years in similar capacity
• Holder of Green card
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance
