About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within F&B Service Division in Hong Kong, the Bartender will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar. The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager.

As Bartender - Champagne Bar, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude
• Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head from time to time

As Bartender - Champagne Bar, we expect from you:

• With relevant experience in Hotel/F&B industry
• Extensive understanding of wine, beer, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry
