Team Head & Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in managing relationship coverage for the assigned business segments/ target markets
• Deepen client relationships with existing commercial clients and solicit new clients/businesses
• Manage and grow existing portfolio of assigned segments including multinational conglomerates and local corporates
• Monitor team performance against business targets / plans and grow the portfolio
• Manage the full spectrum of credit process and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance, Economics or related discipline, with HKICPA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent professional qualifications an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years’ commercial banking experiences and client relationship management with well-developed business connections
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship building skills
• Sales & customer oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
