(Assistant) Wealth Services Manager

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent service to satisfy customer’s wealth management needs and solicit wealth business through non-face-to-face channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet / exceed sales target assigned.
  • Solicit wealth business by non-face-to-face channels, including FX related products, Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Fund (UT), Bonds or other wealth management products as appropriate.
  • Work to understand customers’ needs through proactive communication with customers, branch staff, product specialists, treasury and/or marketing teams prior to completing transactions .
  • Support GBA (cross border) business.
  • Process transaction by adhering to the Bank’s operational procedures.
  • Conduct sales through strict compliance of investment sales process guidelines.
  • Conduct outbound call and manage inbound call on various marketing, sales & service program.

Incumbent Requirements:

  • University degree with minimum 3-year experience in sales of Investment products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
  • Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8.
  • Candidate with the qualification of ECF is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
